Information collected
The quote form collects your company, business email, vessel name, IMO number, vessel type, DWT, required work, optional preferred dates and an optional attachment. Please do not upload identity documents, special-category personal data or information you are not authorized to share.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to evaluate and coordinate your commercial enquiry. Depending on your role, processing may be necessary for steps taken at your request before a contract, or for legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. The privacy checkbox records acknowledgement of this notice; it is not consent to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s Lovable Cloud service. Attachments are private and are not accessible through public links. Access is limited to authorized website operators. This version does not automatically email your enquiry or forward it to the shipyard.
Sharing and international transfers
Technical discussion with a shipyard in China may require sharing relevant vessel particulars. Before any personal-data transfer outside the EEA, the operator must identify an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and inform the relevant individuals. Submission does not itself initiate a transfer to Chengxi.
Retention
Information should be retained only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and satisfy applicable legal obligations. The operator’s precise retention schedule remains to be confirmed before public launch.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object where processing is based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your relevant supervisory authority. You may direct privacy requests to darswin@gmail.com.
Cookies and external services
No advertising or analytics cookies are intentionally added by this website. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive connection information including your IP address. Hosting and security services may process technical request information; abuse prevention uses a hashed request identifier. A final service inventory and cookie review are required before public launch.
